Customized Immersions

One day. Deep work. Real shifts.

A private, bespoke day to step away from daily life and into focused reflection, systemic work, and integration.

To step IN to your life, you might need to step OUT of it first.

A 1-Day Immersive Retreat is for anyone at a crossroads—leaders navigating transition, co-founders needing clarity, family business members working through complexity, seekers on the edge of change, or anyone sensing something needs to shift and ready to unlock new levels of potential.

This is not another incremental conversation. It’s a full day dedicated entirely to you, in a safe container held for real change.

Drawing from systemic constellations, coaching, visualization, somatic practice, and creative inquiry, we create space for insight that can’t be rushed.

The work is concentrated, experiential, and deeply tailored to you — designed not just for reflection, but for real movement.

We handle the environment and flow of the day so your only task is to arrive fully.

Real change requires a different kind of space.

Most people try to transform their lives while still moving at the same speed, inside the same environments, surrounded by the same demands.

These immersions create a deliberate interruption.

A full day to step outside the noise and enter a different pace of attention — one spacious enough to hear what’s been drowned out, feel what’s been deferred, and see what your life may be asking of you now.

Each immersion is entirely bespoke. Together, we shape a day around the questions, transitions, tensions, or possibilities that want deeper focus.

Some days involve systemic constellations. Others include reflection, strategic dialogue, creative exploration, somatic work, silence, movement, or time in nature.

The form follows what’s needed.

You are not being processed through a methodology.
You are being met inside the reality of your life.

Getting the gold standard in coaching and executive development.

Breakthrough clarity on what's yours to do. Move from uncertainty into deeper knowing—not through more analysis, but through direct experience.

Freedom from inherited and unconscious patterns. Surface the loyalties, agreements, and unseen dynamics shaping your choices.

Integration of major transitions. Navigate change with greater steadiness, agency, and self-trust.

What a single day can open

Embodied knowing, not intellectual understanding. Leave with insight that lives in your body, not only your mind.

Restored connection to what matters most. Reconnect to the people, values, and direction that genuinely align with your life.

Greater capacity to hold complexity. Strengthen your ability to move through uncertainty and tension without losing yourself.

How it Works

Each immersion is thoughtfully structured, while remaining responsive to what emerges in real time.

Listening deeply.

01

Preparation

We begin with a conversation to understand what you’re navigating, what’s asking for attention, and whether an immersion feels like the right container.

Altars, ceremonies, rituals and deep personal immersions.

02

Your Retreat Day

The day unfolds through conversation, reflection, systemic work, creative inquiry, rest, and spacious attention to what emerges.

Integration & Practice

Within two weeks, we meet again to help integrate what emerged and explore how the insights can continue unfolding in daily life.

  • "Elizabeth is a masterful healer, space holder, facilitator and coach. The spaces she creates and holds have tremendous healing potential at the individual and also collective levels."

    — Client

  • "I continue to go back to Elizabeth as a resource when I need someone who has the capacity to open up her mind and heart, take in a rich set of information and feelings, and help me see new paths forward."

    — Client

  • "Elizabeth is an absolute marvel. She created a bespoke immersion for me, working with the time and budget i had. I loved how creative our time together was, and it was the perfect combination of head, heart and hands for me. The session has been hugely impactful for me wholistically as well as directly for the issue I came to her with. I could not recommend her more - and can't wait to work with her again."

Your Questions, Answered

  • Both are possible. In-person immersions allow for deeper embodiment, spatial work, and separation from daily life, but virtual retreats can also be remarkably powerful when travel or logistics make gathering in person difficult. We’ll determine the best format together based on the nature of the work and what support is needed.

  • Yes. Some immersions are designed for individuals, while others are created for partners, co-founders, couples, leadership duos, or family members navigating shared complexity. The structure shifts depending on the relational system involved.

  • You don't need to have it all figured out. Often, what we think we need to work on isn't what wants to emerge. The pre-retreat design call helps us listen together for what's ready to be addressed. Trust that if you're feeling called to this work, there's wisdom in that pull—even if you can't name it yet.

  • Investment varies based on location, specific design needs, and whether retreat venue costs are included. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your needs and I'll provide transparent pricing. This is a significant investment in your development—and the clarity, freedom, and renewed sense of purpose that emerge are often described as priceless.

  • This work is for anyone navigating a significant threshold—whether you hold a leadership title or not. It's for executives and founders, yes, but also for seekers at the edge of change, co-founders working through partnership dynamics, family business members, people in major life transitions, or anyone who knows that surface-level solutions won't cut it anymore. If you're feeling called to this work, that's often the clearest signal that it's for you.

  • The honest answer: whenever you're ready to stop waiting. That said, retreat days tend to be most powerful at moments of transition — before a major decision, after a significant ending, at the beginning of something new, or when you've been circling the same question long enough to know that more thinking won't solve it. If you're asking this question, you're probably closer to ready than you think.

  • The work often continues unfolding after the day itself. Within two weeks, we reconnect to reflect on what emerged, anchor insights into practice, and identify what wants continued attention or integration. The goal isn’t simply insight in the moment, but meaningful movement in your actual life.

  • Not at all. No prior experience is needed. The work is guided carefully and adapted to your comfort, background, and needs. Some people arrive deeply familiar with these modalities, while others are encountering them for the first time.
