One-on-One Coaching

For those at the threshold

The old ways no longer fit.

This work supports leaders and seekers through periods of growth, transition, and becoming, helping them move forward with greater clarity, alignment, and self-trust.

BEGIN THE JOURNEY

Coaching That Goes All the Way Down

You may be in a period of transition — leaving something behind, stepping into something new, or standing in the in-between where the old no longer fits.

Perhaps you've already explored traditional approaches — books, therapy, retreats — but a deeper pattern still seems to repeat. Something beneath the surface hasn't fully revealed itself.

In these sessions, we work at the level where meaningful change becomes possible, using systemic intelligence, constellation work, and multidimensional coaching to uncover hidden dynamics, untangle inherited patterns, and help you move forward with greater clarity, alignment, and self-trust.

This work is for people who are:

  • Navigating major life, leadership, or identity transitions

  • Birthing new ventures, creative work, or ways of living

  • Ready to uncover deeper patterns shaping their choices and relationships

  • Exploring ancestral, family, or systemic influences

  • Seeking a more authentic relationship to purpose, leadership, and power

When the old structures no longer hold you

You’ve outgrown the life you built. The identity that once fit now feels constrictive. The path that once made sense no longer feels fully yours.

You may be navigating:

  • A transition, chosen or unchosen, that is asking something of you

  • A pull toward something you cannot yet fully name

  • Family, cultural, or inherited patterns that no longer fit who you are becoming

  • The tension between who you have been and who you are now becoming

  • Persistent questions around purpose, belonging, leadership, or meaning

Traditional coaching often focuses on goals and performance. Therapy may focus on personal history. This work also looks at the deeper systemic patterns beneath the surface, invisible loyalties, inherited burdens, and unresolved dynamics that quietly shape how we live, lead, and relate.

Purpose & Calling

Clarifying what you’re here to do, not through external achievement or validation, but through deeper alignment with what feels most alive, meaningful, and true.

Ancestral & Lineage Work

Exploring what you’ve inherited from family and culture: gifts, burdens, loyalties, and patterns that shape how you live, relate, and create. Including what has been excluded, forgotten, or left unresolved.

Transitions & Thresholds

Periods of change, identity shifts, creative emergence, relationship endings and beginnings, moments when the old life no longer fits and something new is asking to emerge.

Belonging & Exclusion

Healing the places where you’ve felt unseen, disconnected, or outside yourself, your family, your work, or your community, and reclaiming a deeper sense of belonging.

Power & Influence

Developing a more grounded relationship to power, leadership, and responsibility, learning how to influence without force, performance, or self-abandonment.

Patterns & Freedom

Working with the deeper patterns that repeat across relationships, work, creativity, and self-worth, so unconscious repetition can become conscious choice.

How a Session Works

This work is rooted in clear principles and frameworks, yet each session is highly emergent and responsive to what unfolds in real time.

Discovery Session

We begin with a conversation about where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether this work feels aligned with what’s needed now.

Ongoing Coaching

We work together over time, typically meeting every two to three weeks for sessions that weave together coaching, systemic inquiry, and constellation work in response to what’s unfolding in your life and leadership.

What becomes possible

Clarity about what you’re truly navigating—not just the surface challenge, but the systemic pattern beneath it

Freedom from inherited burdens and loyalties that have shaped your choices in ways you may not have fully seen

Access to ancestral strengths and resources that may have been overlooked, forgotten, or left unused

Permission to leave behind what no longer serves without guilt, self-abandonment, or betrayal

A more grounded sense of authority rooted in understanding your own system, what’s yours to carry and what isn’t

Movement where there's been stuckness in relationships, creative work, leadership, purpose, or belonging

  • "Elizabeth is what happens when natural gifts match dedicated training. You will not leave her presence not being changed and if given the opportunity to work with her one-on-one or in a group there is no doubt in my mind that you (yes you) should do it. "

    — J. Harnik

  • "Working with Elizabeth has been a life-changing experience. She brings equal parts brilliance, compassion, and creativity to every session. Her deep attunement and willingness to meet me at the most meaningful levels have made our work together profoundly impactful—both in the moment and in the weeks that follow. I’m deeply grateful that our paths crossed. I cannot recommend her highly enough."

    — D. Ahearn

  • "A part of Elizabeth's brilliance is that her approach is thoroughly, deeply and abidingly human. She understands the human condition, and how each of us lives inside of it, with all of its beauty and frustration and sadness and possibility (and on and on). She wants me to succeed, not so that I can strut something before the world, but so that the world can be made better. "

Your Questions, Answered

  • Therapy often focuses on personal history and emotional healing.
Life coaching typically focuses on goals, performance, and strategy.

This work integrates both while adding a systemic lens, exploring how family, lineage, culture, and larger relational dynamics shape the patterns you’re living inside of.

Sessions may also include experiential exercises that help reveal these patterns more directly, often bringing insight and movement beyond conversation alone.

  • No. This work is grounded in systems thinking, psychology, and years of practical experience.

While it may touch areas some people describe as spiritual, ancestral wisdom, intuition, or unseen dynamics, the work itself is experiential and grounded. You do not need to hold any particular belief system. Curiosity and openness are enough.

  • Most clients work with me for several months, meeting every two to three weeks.

Some continue longer as deeper layers emerge. Others come during a specific transition or period of change and return later when new questions arise.

  • That's exactly where many people start. The discovery session helps us clarify what you're actually working with. Often what feels vague at first becomes clear once we begin looking at it systemically.

  • Absolutely.

Most sessions take place virtually, and constellation work can be surprisingly effective online. The process adapts well to digital space using objects, visualization, spatial awareness, and guided exercises.

I also offer occasional in-person sessions and immersive retreat-style experiences.

  • Sometimes, yes.

Constellation work is one of many approaches I draw from, alongside coaching, systems thinking, emotional intelligence, reflection, and dialogue. Some sessions may include experiential exercises using objects, spatial mapping, or embodied exploration to help reveal hidden dynamics more clearly.

The work is always adapted to the individual and what feels useful and appropriate in the moment.

  • That is meaningful work.

Understanding the deeper patterns shaping your relationships, choices, leadership, and sense of self creates the foundation for lasting change. You do not need to be in crisis to begin.

  • The best way to find out is through a discovery conversation.

We’ll explore what you’re navigating, what you’re hoping for, and whether the way I work feels aligned with what you need. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll do my best to point you toward what is.
